U.S. Confirms First Combat Use Of Low-Cost, One-Way Attack Drones In Iran Strikes

U.S. Central Command has confirmed it used low-cost one-way attack drones in combat for the first time as part of Saturday’s military strikes on Iran. The drones were employed by CENTCOM’s new Task Force Scorpion Strike (TFSS), which has been fielded with the Low-Cost Unmanned Combat Attack System (LUCAS) built by SpektreWorks.  The U.S. and Israel carried out a series of strikes early on Saturday as part of what President Trump called “major combat operations” in Iran. “Our objective is…
