State Department Approves Bahrain Missile Systems Purchase, Aircraft Deals With Iraq, Canada

The State Department announced Thursday it has approved deals to sell Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Unitary Rocket Pods and Army Tactical Missiles System (ATACMS) Unitary missiles to Bahrain, Bell [TXT] 407GX helicopters to Iraq and King Air 350ER aircraft to Canada.Bahrain has purchased 120 GMLRS M31 unitary rocket pods, equipped with 720 rockets, and 110 ATACMS M57 T2K unitary missies for $300 million.“The proposed sale of the M31 GMLRS Unitary Rocket Pods and ATACMS T2K Unitary Missile will improve…
