The Navy will host an Industry Day on Dec. 4 for Counter-Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) electronic warfare regarding the acquisition strategy, high level system requirements and future technology requirements. The acquisition strategy is to maintain competition through the development phase by awarding one or more development contracts.
